Custom 2 x 5 Rock Bars to Accommodate 6” Warn Fender Flares

We normally make our Rock Bars out of 2 x 4 rectangular steel tubing for the Jeep TJ 97-06. As requested by the customer we made them out of 2 x 5 rectangular steel tubing. This was so the bars would line up with his new 6” Warn Fender Flares. Turned out to be a really nice clean look, plus offers a little more of a step.

Moab Easter Jeep Safari 7 Mile Rim

On Saturday we met up with Terry White XJ
With the Tomken2” Econo Lift
And Rex in his TJ with the Tomken 4” lift.
Terry led us up the 7 mile rim trail. It was
amazing watching him with that Jeep. I’m
convinced it’s not allways what all has been
done to the rig as to how well the driver can drive.

Below is Wipeout Hill besure to check out the 2 videos.
Dave was great he let me drive. I never had so much fun.
A little nervous at first but then the rush began. After the
first drop I was ok.
Was pleased with the way the buggy handled.

Easter Jeep Safari 2010

Monday March 29 we were loaded and ready to head to Moab.

The closer you get to Moab the more Jeeps you see and the
excitement is hitting.

Tuesday after getting camp set up we took a little ride up Chickens
corner and seen some great scenery. First time buggy had been out
so was checking it all out. Jeff and Dave had just finished it Saturday
before we left. All was good.

Wednesday we set up for the vendor show and then went up the road to
the Whole In the rock. If you have not seen this home that was built in
the rock you’ve got to see it. I’m ready to buy a rock and some dynamite.
Then we went over to potato salad hill For a while the wind was awful
so the crown and participants were in very small numbers.
Thursday and Friday was the show. Met a lot of wonderful people and
yes for those that asked, Jeff and Dave are working on the steel tube
fenders for the 4 door
